We are proud of our inclusive culture and initiatives such as our statutory holiday exchange program that provides an opportunity to take an alternative day off to celebrate holidays that are meaningful to you, and creating an in-house scholarship program for family members of DSP-Eclipsys employees to support female education in STEM.

We understand that getting some valuable face time in with colleagues is important, so we jump at opportunities to bring the team together for lunches and events as much as possible.

Our annual June strategy event is one of the highly anticipated events internally, bringing the entire company together for an incredible off site. 

Professional Development

If you grow, we grow. That’s why we provide you the time during your workday and cover the costs to support you in pursuing your professional development: exam and certification fees, learning subscription fees, seminar/workshop fees, and professional designation dues – if it relates to your growth, we’ve got you covered.

In addition to supporting your own learning initiatives, the company offers various learning and training opportunities such as our bi-weekly "Friday Forum" sessions to promote learning on a variety of technical and business topics and programs that provide a safe space to enhance public speaking and presentation skills.
